A. Notice/Awareness
MCM Web Solutions, LLC's privacy policy link will be clearly visible on the home page: www.mcmwebsite.com. Cookies are used only by the GoDaddy and iPowerWeb ads, the Google Conversion Tracking, StatCounter, and possibly the PayPal Ad, though they do not collect personal information on this site. The only personal information collected at this time is through the newsletter signup (email address only) and the "Contact Us" email form. This information includes name, email address, and any information entered in the subject and message fields of the "Contact Us" form. Only those users that choose to enter their information through this form will have their personal information collected, outside of server logs, statistics, and ad tracking (of the GoDaddy and iPowerWeb ads and possibly the PayPal ad) kept by MCM Web Solutions, LLC's domain host, which do not contain personally identifiable information. GoDaddy provides the GoDaddy ad. The Google Search Box and Google Conversion Tracking are provided by Google. Please review their privacy policy. The Lunarpages ad is provided by Lunarpages. The iPowerWeb ad is provided by iPowerWeb. The PayPal ad and PayPal payment are provided by PayPal. The counter ("invisible") is provided by StatCounter StatCounter note (from their website):
Personally identifiable information such as visitor's name, telephone number, postal address and email address are technically impossible for StatCounter to collect and no attempt is made to do so. The information that is recorded consists of the date and time of visit, ip address, browser (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0), operating system version (e.g. Windows 2000), screen resolution (e.g. 800x600), referring link, the current page url and the current page title. A small cookie is created with no personally identifiable information to determine whether a visitor has been to your website before (e.g. a first-time or returning visitor). MCM Web Solutions, LLC is a paid affiliate of Lunarpages, GoDaddy, iPowerWeb and PayPal. Google, Lunarpages, GoDaddy, iPowerWeb, and PayPal and any other linked sites are not the responsibility of MCM Web Solutions, LLC and have their own privacy policies. When changes are made to this privacy policy, notice will be posted on http://www.mcmwebsite.com.

B. Choice/Consent
By entering personally identifiable information, the user is granting MCM Web Solutions, LLC rights to its use. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time through a provided link in the newsletter. Any user that has entered his/her personal information will be able to update or delete by making a follow-up request through the "Contact Us" email form. If a user deletes or changes his/her information, only the new information will be kept.

C. Integrity/Security
While no personally identifiable information is kept online, it is technically possible for it to be intercepted in transit since email by its very nature an insecure medium, and as such, no guarantees can be made to the privacy of any information entered in the "Contact Us" email form or in the newsletter. Only authorized MCM Web Solutions, LLC personnel will be allowed access to user information outside of the above disclaimer.

D. Access/Participation

MCM Web Solutions, LLC reserves the right to use the information in its database for its own marketing purposes and for other purposes that the management of MCM Web Solutions, LLC approves.
