A. Notice/Awareness
While we do not directly collect any information from the app, the app stores (Google Play or Amazon Android App Store) do collect information. Additionally, Swarm is used to store game scores using their leaderboard functionality. Swarm requires registration using an email address. Registration is optional and if you do not register, no information will be sent to Swarm. We do not receive email addresses from Swarm. Only usernames and scores are publicly visible. For more information please visit Swarm's website. We do receive purchase records from Google, but not from Amazon. Purchase records are the only personably identifiable information we receive.

B. Choice/Consent
By entering personally identifiable information, the user is granting MCM Web Solutions, LLC rights to its use. Any user that has entered his/her personal information will be able to update or delete by making a follow-up request through the "Contact Us" email form. We cannot update or delete information stored by Google, Amazon, or Swarm.

C. Integrity/Security
No personally identifiable information is kept online by us though Google, Amazon, and Swarm do keep such information. Only authorized MCM Web Solutions, LLC personnel will be allowed access to user information outside of the above disclaimer.

D. Access/Participation
We do not collect any information directly, though Google, Amazon, and Swarm do.

All personally identifiable information collected is kept for the exclusive use of MCM Web Solutions, LLC and is not sold, rented, or otherwise released to any third parties (other than Google and Amazon in their sales and app download processes), with the exception of law enforcement requests as legally necessary (e.g. subpoenas). MCM Web Solutions, LLC reserves the right to use the information in its database for its own marketing purposes and for other purposes that the management of MCM Web Solutions, LLC approves.

The MCM Web Solutions, LLC reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time. When changes are made, notice will be posted on this page.
